Kiersten's New Babies!

Kiersten used her Christmas money to get the new babies she has been wanting for months. I told her she could get them with her money, so we went to North Point and got them (it's the only mall that has American Girl store). She named them Miley (the brunette) & Lily (both names came from Hannah Montana), they have to sleep with her (along with Izzy) her bed is pretty full! American Girl is a super cute store, but it was very crowded when we went!

Christmas 2009

I hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas! Kiersten was very excited this year (she asked me everyday for a month if Santa was here)! Christmas Eve Kiersten & I baked homemade cookies for Santa, we went to Church that night, then read "The Night Before Christmas".  Christmas morning the girls came in at the same time to see what Santa had brought them.

Our Tree

This year we got a tree for the first time (well, other than a little 3 ft tree). Kiersten did all the decorating, after she went to bed I redid it & the next morning she moved everything back again. Everyday she moves them around, so I've just given up on putting them where I want them.

Kiersten is 3!

Kiersten turned 3 on November 24th. We had her a small party at my grandparents house, she was VERY excited about her Hannah Montana cake. I still can't believe she is 3, these past few years have FLOWN by!

Big Girl Bed

Sunday we switched Kiersten from her daybed, to a full size bed. She was so excited to get her new comforter and pillows! I can't believe she will be 3 in just two weeks!?!

Halloween

We went to my down to Eric's house for Halloween, so all the girls could Trick-or-Treat together. They were all SO cute!! Kensley was Belle, Kiersten was Tinkerbell, Kaylie was a cat, and Kennedy was a ghost.

Update On The Girls

My little girls are growing up SO fast. Kaylie is walking all the time now, before she was just walking when she wanted to. Kiersten is learning how to write, she can do the letter A, C, D, E, G, I, T, U, & V, she counts to 10 in Spanish (we are working on 11-20). She can spell her name (but she can't write it just yet). She loves to help me cook & enjoys going to Church on Sunday to spend time with her friends! I'll try to post some pictures soon!

New

Here are a few pictures I have taken lately. Kaylie is still not walking all the time by herself yet. Sometimes she will walk, but you can't let her see you or she will just sit down and crawl. Kaylie is still having to face backwards in the car seat because she is not 20 lbs yet. Kiersten loves helping me cook & clean. She has a vivid imagination that keeps me laughing all the time! We are all enjoying this cooler weather, we have been going for walks & playing outside! It doesn't seem possible that next month Kiersten will be 3!!??!

It doesn't seem like...

Kaylie is going to be one in a little over a week. She definitely gets into more than Kiersten did at this age. She has already started to climb, into diaper boxes, onto the walker tray, she even tries to climb out of the high chair!! I don't know what I'm going to do with her when she starts walking! Sh has taken a couple of steps, but other than that she just uses the walker. It is so much fun to watch her & Kiersten play together!
